RECYCLING IN THE MAT-SU FOR OVER 25 YEARS

TOGETHER, WE'RE TURNING IT AROUND

Join us in our mission to continue to provide recycling in the Mat-Su Valley! As we continue to grow and face challenges such as lower material prices and higher utility costs, we rely on your support to keep our operations running. Whether you can donate, volunteer, or spread the word about our cause, every little bit helps. Thank you for being part of our community!

GIVE THE GIFT OF RECYCLING

Looking for that perfect eco-friendly gift? A membership to your community recycling center is the green, negative carbon answer. Gift a membership now!

Do you know we have a bookstore onsite?

If you spend any time on FaceBook or Instagram, you've probably seen the video about our ReUsed Book Store, located inside the Office/Classroom area of the recycling center. It was posted by local realtor Martha Brookbank, who also serves on our board of directors! The video has gone "valley viral" and we have had more book shoppers than ever. Inventory changes weekly and we are open 6 days a week, so hurry in and find some good recycled reads at cheap prices! Our cat Glenn (pictured) likes to hang out in the biography section. He can't read, but he is good at welcoming book shoppers and visitors to the office/classroom/bookstore area, at the far end of the building.

WHAT HAPPENS TO IT AFTER WE RECYCLE IT?

If we accept it, it gets a new life. After collection it is baled and sent to manufacturers to make new products. Click below to see what your RECYCLING BECOMES.
